The primary purpose of The Cooking Doctor is to function as an information clearinghouse of information related to healthy living workshops, expos, and events. The Cooking Doctor proudly supports Share Our Strength — a national campaign that connects kids in need with nutritious food and teaches their families how to cook healthy, affordable meals. The campaign also engages the public to make ending child hunger a national priority.

Bring Them Back–this workshop is a part of the family dinner table series. Learn how to cook healthy by making smart swaps (ex: using cauliflower instead of rice), the art of engaging the entire family with the meal preparation and how to ask the questions that open the door for conversation.
