Rochelle Griffin is the Vice-President of The Dr. Annise Mabry Foundation. Rochelle has almost two decades of experience in several operation critical areas–including human resources, accounts receivable, billing/insurance eligibility, and system related problems. Rochelle developed the Training, Policy, and Procedures Manual during her tenure with the State of Oklahoma and she also designed and implemented the Quality Assurance Unit. This unit was staffed with five employees and evaluated 26 accountants to ensure compliance with state rules and regulations governing insurance eligibility. The Quality Assurance Unit also assisted other supervisors with the PMP process.
Rochelle has over 16 years of expert knowledge and training of governmental rules and regulation for the administration, coordination and the determination of eligibility for participation in insurance plans as well as experience interpreting labor compliance laws, investigating, counseling and auditing all FLSA and Workers Compensation standards.
